Burgers should be wider, not structurally ambitious
If I have to unhinge my jaw and compress the meal with both hands, it is no longer a burger. It is an unstable tower with a brioche roof. Half the filling escapes after one bite, the wooden skewer becomes a workplace hazard and I end up eating the remains with a knife and a sense of defeat.
