01
Report a problem
Signed-in users can report a rant directly from its card. Anyone can use our complaints and appeals form without signing in. Provide the rant link or number and explain the risk clearly.
02
How we respond
We can dismiss a report, hide or restore content, permanently delete a rant, impose a timed suspension or permanently ban an account. We record moderation reasons and review complaints or appeals. Serious concerns are prioritised over routine rule breaches.
03
Urgent and illegal content
For immediate danger, call 999. We may preserve proportionate evidence, contact the police or another relevant authority, and follow applicable statutory reporting processes. Do not download, forward or reproduce suspected child sexual exploitation material when reporting it.
04
Users aged 16 and 17
The interactive service is 16+, so some permitted users are legally children. Private messaging, comments and uploads are not available. Never request or post a young person’s contact details, location, school, images or other identifying information.
05
Complaints and appeals
If content affects you, a report was mishandled or your content or account was restricted, use the complaints and appeals form. Include your reference or username and the outcome you are seeking.
