Yesterday the app knew who I was. Today it has a brighter logo, three new screens I did not request and absolutely no memory of my password. The reset email arrives late, the code expires early and the new password cannot resemble any password previously used by humankind.
The printer works flawlessly for three weeks while producing things nobody urgently needs. The moment a form must be signed in the next four minutes, it becomes “offline”, forgets the paper tray and demands magenta ink for a black-and-white document. No machine has ever enjoyed power this much.
